By filling in the form below, you will agree to get performed Adenovirus Fecal Electron Microscopy Testing according to your choice of membership and notify PATS prior to sending off the fecal samples to the University of Illinois. You will agree to complete honesty and integrity in order to maintain the highest level of standards possible. Each member will be held accountable for providing the proper documentation as requested by PATS. I grant PATS the permission to release and publish Adeno virus statistics on our website and I do understand that these results will be used for the sole purpose of compiling data for science and research studies and informational purposes for the future. We realize that your privacy is important to you and we will make every effort to ensure that it is not violated in any way.

Membership into PATS is completely voluntary and we will not be held responsible for any monetary losses, business or personal. This membership is for Adenovirus testing, only and does not reflect the breeders' husbandry. Any husbandry and or care concerns need to be addressed with the breeder prior to any purchases. We are not to be held liable for any errors that may or may not occur with the Adeno virus testing. It is the responsibility of the breeder to ensure that the fecal sample (s) are sent properly and free from contamination. So, to the best of our knowledge bestowed upon us from Lou Ann Miller and the Electron Microscopy lab at the University of Illinois, we can proudly certify these dragons are Adeno virus free, unless they are deemed otherwise.
